University of Richmond to use StatMonitr

RICHMOND, VA. -- The University of Richmond and StatBroadcast reached agreement today to use the StatMonitr media stats system at the school's athletic events throughout the 2012-13 season.

The University of Richmond is a private liberal arts university locatedi n Richmond, Virginia, with an enrollment of 4,250. The Richmond Spiders compete at the NCAA Division I FCS level as members of the Atlantic 10 Conference and the Colonial Athletic Conference for football. The Spiders sponsor 19 varsity sports teams.

Richmond is the fifth Atlantic 10 school to partner with StatBroadcast. The A-10 also partners with StatBroadcast for its basketball championship tournament.
