Purdue University to use StatMonitr for 2014-15

WEST LAFAYETTE, IND. -- Purdue University will use the StatMonitr media stats system for its on-campus athletic events beginning with the 2014-15 academic year this August, StatBroadcast announced today.

Purdue University, located in West Lafayette, Indiana, was founded in 1869 and is the flagship of the Purdue University System. With an enrollment of more than 39,000, it is the second largest university in the state. The Purdue Boilermakers are members of the Big Ten Conference of NCAA Division I FBS and sponsor 18 varsity sports. The Purdue men's and women's basketball teams have won more Big Ten Championships (regular season and tournament) than any other conference member, with 37 pennants to date including a league-leading 22 in men's basketball; the women's team also captured an NCAA national championship in 1999.

Purdue is the sixth member of the soon-to-be 14 member Big Ten Conference to partner with StatBroadcast and the third from the state of Indiana.
